Proof of address can't be older than 90 days and must be a colored copy (Bank Statement or Utility Bill).

  • - The document must show in full. No partial document or cropped.
  • - A picture/screenshot is accepted as long as it is clear and not grainy, blurry, pixelated, or cropped.
  • - Digital bills are accepted for official documents (e.g., bank statements, and electricity bills).
  • - Issued dates should be visible (PoA must be issued during the last 90 days).
  • - Proof of Address images should be completely visible.
  • - Shopping bills or envelopes are not accepted as Proof of Address.

Proof of Credit Card Possession.

If a deposit was made using a card at Red Stag Casino, customers must send a picture of the front and back of each card they used. Only the first 8 digits and the last 4 digits of the numbers in the front are needed (The rest of the numbers can be blurred). The cards must be signed.
